Booking Payment, Social Media Clause, & Cancellation Policy 

BOOKING: A non-refundable deposit of half your session OR event total is required to book a date with 2:AM Photography. We accept Cash, Check, Cashapp, Debit, and Credit. Service fee will be applied to all Debit & Credit transactions via Square.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Client may cancel their session or event at any time and forfeit their deposit. Sessions or events may be rescheduled for another date by notifying 2:AM Photography at least 24hrs before your scheduled session/event. If you have tested positive for COVID, been exposed, or experience any COVID or Flu like symptoms(cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever, body aches, loss of taste/smell) please contact us to reschedule your session immediately. In the event we are experiencing any of the above listed symptoms your session will be rescheduled for a date agreed upon by both parties.  In the event there is severe weather, a national pandemic, or any Act of God
that is out of man’s control we will reschedule your event to a date that works into our
schedule and that the Client approves. Client will be entitled to a refund of any monies
paid, EXCEPT for the non-refundable deposit.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA CLAUSE: 2:AM Photography is the copyright holder of ALL images and video captured by Austin & Meika Imes. We reserve the right to use ALL images and video on our website and social media platforms for marketing and advertising purposes. Client understands & agrees to their images being used for marketing and advertising purposes on our Facebook, Instagram, or Webpage
