I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer on April 21, 2015, just 10 days after finalizing an extremely stressful divorce. I didn't have any symptoms or any visible lumps. I simply had instructions from God that said, "Go get checked." What I thought was the start of a new season and new chapter of freedom and reclamation for me turned out to be a season of fear and confusion. I was a single mother trying my best to navigate this diagnosis while staying strong for my daughter. With the provisions of God and the help of family and friends, I made it through. I survived and now I am thriving. I believe God kept me here to tell my story and to help other women who find themselves in this same situation. Luke 1:45 King (KJV) And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.
